10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, DG REALTY ADVISORS and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors from and against any and all losses, expenses, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or other violation of law.
